Shipping policy

United States. USPS. Small orders go First Class in a padded mailer; the tin ships in a small box.

International. I ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and most of Asia. Rates are calculated at checkout by USPS or DHL based on weight and destination. Duties and taxes on arrival are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.

Lost or damaged in transit. If a package goes missing or arrives damaged, email me at jeremy@freshbrewed.design and I'll replace it or refund you. No forms, no waiting on the carrier.
